ECOSYSTEM® TECHNOLOGY - PATENTED

The ECOsystem® is Eureka’s patented system that permits the saving of water, chemical and work. With the latest version the system is even easier and quicker to manage and delivers big gains on time and labour.

The ECOsystem® is a benchmark in the scrubber-dryer market. In the majority of cases, using the system permits 3 -5 times reduced consumption of resources, in comparison with a traditional machine, guaranteeing brilliant results at significantly lower costs and reduced environmental impact.

For these reasons the ECOsystem® has won awards and international recognition, such as accreditation by the Water Technology List in the UK, for machines and technologies which guarantee significant water savings.

SCRUBBER DRYERS AVAILABLE WITH ECOSYSTEM®:

The patented ECOsystem® is standard on the ride-on scrubber dryer models E110 D - E110 R – E100 – E85. It is also supplied with the ECO version of the E81 – E71 – E61 – E51 walk behind machines.

How does it work?

Eureka’s ECOsystem® makes it possible to maximize the potential of the cleaning solution, that otherwise goes unused.

With a traditional machine, after the first pass, approximately 60% of the used solution is still active but is collected in the dirty water tank and eventually tipped down the drain. Every times that the solution tank is empty, it is necessary to stop operation, drain the recovery tank, and refill the machine with water and chemical. All this has a significant impact on the consumption of resources, the time it takes for the operator to complete operation and disposal costs.

With the ECOsystem®, after the first pass, the solution is filtered and regenerated, which means it can be reused in the next wash cycle. With one fill of water and chemical, it is possible to clean much larger spaces than with a traditional scrubber-dryer. Saving time, chemical and water, the total cost of each clean can be reduced by up to 80%.

How is it activated?

By pressing the special button on the machine’s control panel the operator activates the ECOsystem®, without needing to interrupt work or carry out emptying and re-filling operations.

Is it reliable?

The ECOsystem®, Eureka’s flagship technology and the patent that has made the company world famous, is the result of continuous improvement by Eureka’s Research and Development team.

Using the ECOsystem® results in less work and greater safety, as it minimizes filling and draining of the tanks which exposes the operator to an increased risk of accident.

On every ride-on scrubber dryer, equipped with the ECOsystem®, an automatic cleaning system is installed as standard, which keep the machine in perfect working condition.

A time saving example?

To clean 1,000 m2 on a weekly basis with a 40-liter capacity machine (considering the average time it takes to complete the job) the ECOsystem® permits savings of up to 2/3 of chemical usually used, 30 hours of work a year and all the associated costs.
