Ride-on sweepers

When to Choose and Why Prefer an Eureka Ride-On Sweeper?

What exactly is a ride-on sweeper?
Ride-on sweepers differ from walk-behind models for the fact that the operator sits on board to drive them.

These industrial floor cleaning machines move under their own power and are designed to offer high productivity and a comfortable driving position for the operator.

Because they are powered (by an internal combustion engine or batteries), they can mount larger brushes and debris hoppers and achieve higher forward speeds. These high-performance machines are suitable for cleaning medium to large floors.

Eureka ride-on sweepers

The ride-on models in the Eureka range are the Tigra, Rider 1201, Xtrema and Magnum sweepers. The range includes battery-powered models and models with diesel, petrol and LPG engines.

Eureka’s ride-on industrial sweepers are the largest sweeper models and offer the best performance. They have wide cleaning paths, large debris hoppers and powerful vacuum and filtration systems. These large machines offer excellent performance along with the convenience of a comfortable driving position with an ergonomic seat and steering.

Motorised sweepers of this type are typically recommended for cleaning large floors, from 4,000-5,000 m² up.

Unique features

Productivity and Efficiency

Designing a machine with the operator seated on board allows for the creation of more productive and efficient machines, featuring large brushes and waste containers. This makes them ideal sweepers for cleaning particularly large and/or dirty areas.

Operator Comfort and Safety

The operator comfortably drives these sweepers from an automobile-style driver's seat, with controls easily operable from the driving position, minimizing any risk and fatigue.

Durability and Variety of Functions

The sturdy structure and powerful engine allow for the installation of numerous customizations and additional features, depending on the model. These can include cabins and protective canopies, high-level hydraulic dumping, additional side brushes, or perimeter steel reinforcements.
