DESIGN AND TECHNICAL OFFICE
The entire range of Eureka sweepers, scrubber-dryers and escalator cleaners is created and developed using a sophisticated 3D parametric design system.
Staying at the forefront of technology is key to the success of our machines. We therefore invest in research and development as a way to continuously innovate our products.
METALWORKING
Our company has its own in-house metalworking department with the latest, automated machine tools such as laser cutting machines, electronic press-brakes, and a robotised welding system.
The frame is the most important part when it comes to ensuring the strength and durability of a cleaning machine. Having an in-house metalworking department allows us to control every part of the process for producing and testing top-quality frames and metal components.
ASSEMBLY AND PRE-ASSEMBLY
The main assemblies, like the traction system and the cleaning and dirt recovery system are carefully pre-assembled.
The various sub-assemblies are then assembled to produce the finished machine and all customised functions and parts are added according to customer specifications.
Eureka products are manufactured to leading international standards, including EN European Standards and other relevant standards. Assembly is managed to ensure constant quality control along the entire production line and, of course, to ensure that each machine is thoroughly tested by our staff before labelling and packaging.
WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING
Each machine is eventually packed and stored, ready for delivery.
Our new 20 m high vertical warehouse, a jewel of automation, ensures rapid and accurate handling of 6,000 crates and 600 pallets, making the process of handling incoming and outgoing goods agile and efficient.
