Strength and durability
For Eureka, it is not enough for a machine, whether sweeper or scrubber-dryer, to work well only when purchased. It must continue to do so for many years to come, without showing signs of early wear and tear or, worse still, losses in productivity.
Eureka uses only top-quality materials and handles the entire production process in-house, testing components well beyond typical market quality standards.
Unlike ’disposable’ consumer models, Eureka machines are designed and built to last. They can be reconfigured for use in different contexts too.
This attention on our part results in less waste, fewer batteries to dispose of, reduced ecological impact, lower transport costs, significantly decreased cleaning costs over time, and greater customer satisfaction.
Ecology
Respect for the environment is a core value that Eureka respects in every way.
By producing machines that last for many years, we avoid the accumulation of large amounts of equipment that has to be scrapped early due to breakage.
We strive to create as little waste as possible in our production process too, and use state-of-the-art software to do so.
Eureka machines also enable users to adopt an environmentally friendly approach to cleaning.
There is no need to go over the same floor several times to achieve top-quality cleaning results. This means that less time and energy is required of the operator and far less water, detergent and consumables in general are needed.
In short, Eureka machines deliver significant savings in natural resources.
With regard to Eureka scrubber-dryers in particular, our ECOsystem technology allows most kinds of floor to be cleaned effectively while reducing detergent consumption and the volume of water to be disposed of by up to three times compared to conventional machines. In other words, these machines improve productivity while reducing environmental impact.
Numerous other technologies also help cut unnecessary consumption, e.g. by adjusting the delivery of cleaning solution on the basis of the machine’s forward speed (FlowMaster) or by varying detergent concentration in real time (DoseMatic system) and using high concentrations only when really needed, e.g. to clean areas with more stubborn dirt.
Efficiency (in cleanliness and lean production)
An efficient machine:
- effectively solves problems at minimum cost and without wasting resources;
- is intuitive to use;
- can be used with all types of dirt and in all cleaning applications;
- has minimal maintenance requirements.
To put it succinctly, an efficient machine guarantees maximum results with minimum effort.
At Eureka, our entire R&D team works constantly to improve the efficiency of our machines. We pay special attention to:
- the quality of sweeping, debris collection and dust filtration (for sweepers);
- the quality in dirt removal, and perfect floor drying (for scrubber-dryers).
Eureka machines have always excelled in these areas.
But Eureka’s commitment extends beyond ensuring the efficiency of our machines.
We provide rapid, targeted and effective customer assistance to ensure the prompt and complete resolution of any doubts or problems that might arise in after-sales, spare parts management or maintenance. Eureka is an indispensable ally in the fight against downtime.
Thanks to the quality of our products and services, stoppages are kept to a minimum. This has a positive impact on overall efficiency and gives our customers the chance to run their machines at peak performance at all times.
