The Eureka Academy is Eureka’s dedicated training centre for the continuous development of technical and sales staff from our global network of dealers.

 The Academy, based at our headquarters in Italy, delivers training and product presentations to inform and update Eureka’s official dealers and internal staff.

WHY IS DEALER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT CRUCIAL?

When it comes to selling high-tech machinery, technical and sales staff must fully understand the product’s features to answer customers’ questions and offer tailored solutions.

During the courses offered by the Academy, machines are studied in the smallest detail and, if necessary, disassembled and reassembled piece by piece.

  • Sales representatives learn about features, versions and available options, and get a chance to try out all the possible configurations for themselves to understand their ideal applications.
  • Technical staff explore the machines’ technical solutions and design details in greater depth, examining Eureka’s exclusive patents and technologies to understand their practical benefits in day-to-day use. Their training primarily focuses on preparing machines properly for delivery and ensuring effective after-sales service. Through the Academy technicians benefit directly from the manufacturer’s know-how, learning how to service Eureka sweepers and scrubber-dryers correctly to guarantee long-lasting and consistent performance for end users.

The Eureka Academy also develops digital training materials such as manuals, presentations and videos that, depending on the content, end users and dealers can access via the internet.

Finally, each training course concludes with the presentation of a certificate of participation that states the level of skill achieved and provides an official testimony of the individual’s professional development, for both their employer and end customers.
