The Eureka dust-suppressing spray nozzle system, already available for years on the ride-on sweeper Bull 200, is now also available for the MAGNUM sweeper model.
In very dusty environments, collecting debris quickly and effectively without raising annoying dust clouds becomes a significant challenge. By spraying a fine mist of water around the side brushes, dust is moistened and thereby made heavier, allowing it to be efficiently collected in a single pass, without being dispersed into the air.
By making this system available as an optional accessory for our Eureka MAGNUM sweeper, we have extended the possibility of enjoying these benefits even in environments where, despite their large surface area, the nature of the space requires more compact sweepers than the Bull 200.
Main features of the spray nozzle system:
- SPRAY NOZZLES
Two nozzles per side brush, oriented to spray a fine mist of water directly in front of the brushes, ensuring the dust is weighed down—without soaking it—just before being picked up.
- WATER TANK
Made of shot-blasted stainless steel, the tank holds up to 49 liters of water and is installed in an easily accessible location, with a wide filler opening that further simplifies refilling and inspection. The water level can be monitored at all times via a dedicated external visual indicator.
- OPERATION
The water pump is automatically activated when the main brush is operating and the machine is moving forward. An electronic control system automatically stops the pump and activates a warning light on the control panel when the tank is empty.
