E36 - New features for Eureka’s compact scrubber dryer

The Eureka's most compact scrubber dryer is appreciated for its excellent handling, running time, simplified operation and maintenance.  

All the versions of the E36, battery (AGM or LI-ION) or CABLE (with power cord), are easy to transport and deliver professional results in any application, even if the operator isn’t an expert in floor cleaning equipment operation.  

With the continuous success of this unit, over the years Eureka has introduced new ideas which have made the E36 even more high performing.

For example, some of the features already available are:

  • Chrome technology (frame made in stainless steel), ideal for cleaning corrosive environments such as companies operating in the food supply chain, the electroplating industry or in leisure centers and resorts.
  • Lithium-ion batteries, which allow quick and flexible charging, and more battery run time.  

All the improvements to date are inspired on delivering better performance, improving ease of operation and enhancing safety.

Even the new features which are based around the steering column and the squeegee, are perfectly aligned with this philosophy.

New handles for the ergonomic steering column

The control panel, positioned in the center of the handle bar, has been enhanced with an ignition key and thermal switch which protects the brush motor (previously located in a less visible position), delivering better control and greater ease of use.  

The handle design has furthermore been upgraded to protect the operator’s hands from unpleasant situations, especially when working with the E36 in tight spaces, or adjacent to tables or shelving.

Automatic squeegee regulation

The inclination of the squeegee, which significantly influences the quality of drying results in the first pass, doesn’t require any adjustment. Once the correct squeegee down pressure has been identified, the machine manages constant and even contact with the floor. It’s therefore no longer necessary to manually regulate the squeegee, neither to compensate the wear on the brushes and blades over time, nor when passing from the brush to a pad holder, which are frequently used to complete cleaning operations on different floor types with the same scrubber dryer.

The new mechanism which automatically regulates the squeegee, makes machine set up simpler, and improves drying efficiency.
