FLOWMASTER complete control over the flow of cleaning solution

FlowMASTER

A Eureka technology for scrubber-dryers.

COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THE FLOW OF CLEANING SOLUTION: GUARANTEED SAVINGS AND GREATER PRECISION ON CURVES.

As in a car, when driving a scrubber-dryer, speed is reduced when turning, largely because caution induces the driver to slow down to ensure better control over the manoeuvre. This, however, means that the scrubber-dryer actually spends more time on the same portion of the floor when turning, than it does on straight sections.

This presents a significant opportunity for innovative designers to engineer more efficient, cost-effective, and precise floor cleaning machines.

On conventional scrubber-dryers, the flow of solution to the brushes is constant. If you drive quickly, less detergent acts on the floor, for less time. Vice-versa, if you drive more slowly than necessary over any point, you not only waste cleaning solution but subject that area of floor to the chemical action of the detergent and to the mechanical action of the brushes for a longer time, potentially causing damage if done to excess.

Moreover, without proper control when making a turn, some of the cleaning solution is pushed forward by the machine and spills out of the cleaning path, accumulating at the edges of the cleaned area if not collected in a second pass.

FLOWMASTER: THE HIGH-EFFICIENCY FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SCRUBBER-DRYERS.

THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THIS TECHNOLOGY ARE:

  1. First of all, FlowMASTER reduces waste, because you never use more water or detergent than is needed.
  2. As a direct consequence of this reduced consumption, each tank of water lasts longer and the time spent emptying and refilling is considerably reduced, as is the overall burden of waste water disposal.
  3. There is no risk of spoiling the floor surface on difficult sections where you inevitably need to slow down, through repeated overexposure to industrial chemicals.
  4. When turning, even through 180°, all the cleaning solution is collected and dried on the first pass. No solution or dirt escapes on the outside of the curve, leaving ugly marks and potentially causing people to slip and fall.

When used in conjunction with ECOsystem and DoseMatic, Eureka’s other technologies, FlowMASTER delivers even more impressive results. The combined use of these multiplies resource and labour savings, generating exponential benefits in terms of costs and the environment.
