More control over batteries for even more efficient scrubber-dryer management

Eureka’s new battery chargers for the E71, E81, E65, E75 and E83 scrubber-dryers introduce new features that make it easier to monitor battery condition and the quality of the charging process.

Proper battery management is essential for maintaining scrubber-dryer efficiency, autonomy and reliability over time.

For this reason, the chargers supplied as standard with E71 and E81 walk-behind scrubber-dryers and E65, E75 and E83 ride-on models now provide access to a range of useful information for analysing the machine’s charging patterns in detail.

More control, fewer surprises

Understanding in detail how batteries are recharged means being able to quickly identify faults or behaviour that might compromise performance, and take swifter and more effective action.
Analysis of recharge history also enables you to assess whether the battery installed is actually the one most suitable for your company’s operational needs, taking into account frequency of use, shift lengths and recharging methods.
For the user, this means being able to rely on more targeted technical support, better informed battery management and more consistent performance over time – all factors that help maintain scrubber-dryer efficiency and reliability.

Easy access to data

Data can be downloaded to a computer using a special connection cable, available on request, and viewed by a technician using dedicated, user-friendly software.
Visual verification of the selected charging curve has also been improved. A set of LEDs on the charger now makes it easy to check the curve every time the charger is switched on.
