  • IS RIDER LIFT SAFE?

    Yes, as with all Eureka ride-on sweepers, safety is ensured by numerous devices, including: the electric and mechanical service and parking brake, horn, flashing light, audible reverse buzzer, seat presence sensor and, optionally, the blue beacon that projects a blue light onto the ground to anticipate the machine's arrival. In case of need, an emergency switch immediately cuts power to each component.

  • IS RIDER LIFT STRONG AND RELIABLE?

    The thick steel frame gives incredible structural strength to both the machine and the waste container lifting system. In addition, the epoxy powder coating provides additional protection from scratches and rust. 

    Side brushes mounted on an anti-shock retractable mechanism prevent damage to the brushes and a robust metal frame protects the wheel motor.

  • IS THE CENTRE BRUSH OF RIDER LIFT EASY TO REPLACE?

    Yes, Rider Lift has been designed to allow replacement of the central brush without the use of tools. When the side door is opened, a red comparison bristle allows you to instantly identify when the brush is worn to the point that it needs to be replaced.

  • IS RIDER LIFT A MANOEUVRABLE SWEEPER?

    Rider Lift is an agile and compact ride-on sweeper. It offers full visibility to the operator, a car-like ride and the possibility to adjust the seat for better ergonomics. Combined with the vehicle's compact design and a turning radius of 1050 mm, these features allow for easy cleaning even in tight spaces.

  • HOW DO I LIFT THE WASTE CONTAINER?

    To activate the automated overhead discharge, simply press two buttons, as indicated on the control panel with a special icon. For safety reasons, two hands must be used to activate the function, while remaining seated in the driver's seat. The man-on-board sensor in fact deactivates the service motors, and therefore also the lifting of the container, if it does not detect the presence of the operator.

  • WHAT KIND OF DIRT CAN BE CLEANED FROM THE GROUND WITH A SWEEPER?

    A sweeper is a machine that can quickly collect large quantities of dust and dirt. Eureka sweepers allow you to collect both lighter dust as well as gravel and heavy dirt in a single sweep. Depending on the model, they can also clean the ground of bulkier debris such as pallet splinters or cans abandoned on the ground.

  • WHEN IS IT BEST NOT TO USE A SWEEPER?

    What no sweeper is suitable for is the collection of excessively wet material, or filiform materials.

    Suction of liquids can deteriorate filters. Eureka installs washable polyester filters, so there is no risk of permanently damaging them. However, to maintain maximum cleaning efficiency, it is recommended not to pick up wet materials and, in the case of forced passage over puddles or damp floors, to temporarily deactivate the suction function using the appropriate control.

    In the case of elongated materials, these tend to wrap around the brushes, crushing the cleaning bristles. The special SharkCap® technology prevents these materials from ruining the brush bearings, but accidental pick-up of steel strips, filaments or wires can still damage the brush bristles.

The automotive like steering,, compact dimensions and all-round visibility offered to the driver make this sweeper extremely easy to manoeuvre,therefore, allowing the full potential of the Rider LIFTs speed and debris collection capacity the be used in complete safety.  

  • High productivity in open oreas congested spaces: sweeping up to 7,865 m2/h and with a turning radius of only 1,050 mm, the Rider Lift  is agile to manoeuvre in any space.
  • Overhead waste unloading: : easy, fast and 'clean'. The high dump system allows the collected dirt  to be unloaded from above, raising the waste container to a height of 1,450 mm above the ground.
  • Operator comfort and safety: every function is managed comfortably from the driver's position, without any fatigue for the operator. For safety reasons the high dump feature has to be activated with two hands and only.
  • The floor and air are always clean: the Eureka Multipocket® filter, with its electric self-cleaning systems, vacuums large quantities   of dust without clogging. It only recirculates clean air.
  • Durability: The robust frame, created in our factories, is made of thick metal with a thermoset powder-coating and is resistant to abrasion.  In the Total Steel® version, the Rider Lift is ready to withstand the toughest environments.
MAIN BRUSH

The main brush is floating, self-levelling and self-adjusting,ensuring optimum performance even on  uneven surfaces. Its mixed bristles,arranged in a chevron pattern (MultiBristle®), facilitate the collection of dirt of all weights.

FILTER SYSTEM

The filter system consists of a Multipocket® polyester bag filter and an electric filter shaker. It retains even the finest dust, is antistatic, washable, anti-clogging and has a much longer life than conventional filters.

ELECTRIC FILTER SHAKER

Operated via a convenient hand control, the electric filter shaker ensures constant filter performance is maintained and, therefore that the dust moved during sweeping is effectively vacuumed.  

TOTAL STEEL LINE

The optional steel fairings protect all four sides of the machine, and special reinforcement plates cover the side brush block(s). The result is greater resistance over time, especially in demanding environments. 

EASY MAINTENANCE

All internal components can be inspected and easily maintained. Brush replacement can be carried out easily without the use of auxiliary tools.

AUTOMATED OVERHEAD UNLOADING

Allows the waste container to be unloaded in an automated manner, up to a maximum height of 1,450 mm. Maximises the efficiency of the machine and protects the safety of the operator.
