INCREASED PERFORMANCE OVER TIME

  • A dedicated display in the scrubber-dryer's control panel lets you quickly monitor the battery's charge level. The display shows remaining autonomy, any active alarms and the actual working time still available.
  • Each battery has a label bearing its serial number. This unique number allows all the checks and tests performed on each battery to be traced in order to ensure its performance and operational safety. 
  • Charging can be speeded up using an external Fast Charger (optional).
  • Lithium-ion batteries are maintenance-free. This means less expense and machines that are always ready for use.
  • Lithium-ion batteries are lighter than any other type of battery on the market. This means reduced energy consumption and improved manoeuvrability

    GREATER SAFETY

    • N38.3 CERTIFIED - LUN38.3 requires batteries to pass suitability tests for use in all types of transport and self-moving machinery.
    • ON/OFF BUTTON -  The on/off button  deactivates all battery functions. Its use is recommended before long periods of inactivity to ensure the highest level of safety.
    • STAND-BY FUNCTION - After 10 days of continuous disuse, the battery automatically switches off to stay safe.
    • METAL BATTERY MODULE - Each battery is contained within a metal battery module to provide protection against shocks that might otherwise render the battery inoperative or dangerous.
    • VENT VALVE - The vent valve is activated under hazardous conditions to prevent explosions or fires caused by the self-combustion of internal gases.
    • SAFE RECHARGING- A hermetic battery module and an onboard charger allow the battery to be recharged without having to move it to a dedicated area.

    Other Useful Features

    S.O.C. INDICATORS (STATE OF CHARGE) - Battery charge level can be read from five indicators that clearly show the percentage of charge remaining and the presence of any alarms. This information is also relayed to the display.

    DISPLAY CONNECTOR  - A dedicated display is installed on the machine’s control panel. The screen displays battery charge level, charging stages and any battery malfunction alarms.

    B.M.S. (BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) - The BMS is the ‘operations room’ of the battery, and protects it from many types of mishap, including overcharging, overdischarging and charging and discharging overcurrents.
