Eureka invests in innovation in a structured way, and it also does so through the collaborations it fosters or accepts with outstanding national and international universities.
The goal: to acquire academic know-how and offer students a real opportunity to engage with corporate life, proposing and deepening innovative and creative visions for business and product development.
In this first half of 2025, there have already been many initiatives in this direction:
- The team led by Prof. Giovanni Meneghetti from the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Padua completed an important research project for Eureka, which led to the hiring of student Alex Fusina by the company to implement the project results in the field.
- Also concluded was the analysis carried out by the MBA students of CIMBA, a consortium of 36 American universities, on development opportunities for Eureka in certain strategic markets. The results went well beyond the company’s expectations in terms of figures, analysis, measurements, and best practices.
- Our Head of Design, Eng. Federico Pavin, was also invited by Prof. Nordio to the course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (DSMN). Pavin gave a presentation on how a corporate R&D department works, challenging students with specific questions on technical and innovation-related issues that Eureka is currently addressing in the office.
With many months still ahead, we are ready to embrace new synergies driven by innovation and performance.
