The Eureka FlowMASTER® patent guarantees efficient, economic, and precise cleaning

Flow MASTER® | new Eureka patent for the scrubber dryer range

Maximum control of solution flow: guaranteed savings and greater precision during cornering

When operating a scrubber dryer, as when driving a car, we slow down when making a turn. This is primarily due to caution, which means we decelerate in order to have more control throughout the maneuver. The result is that when compared to the average cleaning speed in a straight line, during a turn the scrubber dryer actually spends more time over the same part of the floor.

This offers design teams an important opportunity to create floor cleaning machines that are more efficient, economic, and precise.

The solution flow to the brushes of a traditional scrubber dryer is in fact constant. This means that if I increase my operating speed, a small amount of chemical is delivered to the floor where it reacts for a short amount of time. Vice versa, if I stop the machine in one area longer than I should, cleaning solution is wasted. Depending on floor type, this prolonged exposure to chemical combined with the abrasive action of the brush could also lead to damage.

Furthermore, without adequate control of solution flow, the solution will not be contained within the cleaning path while cornering. Dirty water therefore ends up left at the edges of the area being cleaned, and a second pass is required to go back and pick it up.

FlowMASTER® system for highly efficient scrubber dryers.

The key advantages of this technology are:

  1. First, FlowMASTER® reduces waste, since you will never use more water and chemical than necessary.

  2. As a direct consequence, by reducing consumption, the autonomy of each full tank increases. The down time to empty and refill the tank is therefore notably reduced, as is the total cost of waste water disposal.

  3. In restricted spaces where a reduction in speed is inevitable, the floor surface is not at risk of damage due to over exposure to industrial chemicals.
  4. When making a turn, even of 180°, all the cleaning solution is picked up in the first pass. This avoids dirt and water leaking out to the sides, which results in an unsatisfactory finish and could potentially lead to slip and fall accidents.

When used in combination with the ECOsystem® and DoseMatic® patented Eureka technologies, the FlowMASTER® system guarantees even greater results. The interaction between these patents multiplies the benefits in terms of resource and labor savings, with significant reductions in cost and environmental impact.
